X & Y Chardonnay 2006 Class 1. 18.5, Gold.

The name and the label suggest this is a wine for both boys and girls. And why not? The judges loved it and so will you. It has a lot to offer and is fairly typical of what we’ve grown to expect from the Margaret River region. Fresh lemony aromas blended with hints of stonefruit and butterscotch, presumably from malo-lactic fermentation, provide a mouth-filling and mouthwatering experience. You can enjoy it now or put it away for a year or two if you like aged chardonnays.
