Gently vinified in static and open fermenters. Maturation on for 12 months in 80% French and 20% American Oak.

Rich and fruity, lifted cassis red cherry and mocha characters overlay hints of red berry, spice and savoury characters.

Medium to full bodied, this wine is overflowing with ripe yet fresh fruit characters. Up front fruit sweetness of red cherries and hints of musk and bay leaf overlay classic earthy and savoury notes coming through on the back palate. Seamless texture and elegant yet chalky tannin give exceptional balance and length to the wine.
