DELIVERY

Liquorhome.com Ltd facilitates the shipment of wine directly to you, the wine buyer.

  1. How long do I have to wait to receive my order and who will deliver it?

Upon receipt of your order, the winemaker(s) will send the wine via a specialised wine delivery network to deliver your goods direct to your door, office or post box. The service is most efficient and requires a signature to be obtained upon delivery, offering you peace of mind that the goods will not be left unattended.

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox asking you to contact them. If the courier happens to be Australia Post, your local post office will keep your goods safe and sound until you are able to collect them (they will be held for a maximum of 14 days).

Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address and which winery you ordered wine from. As a guide, the following delivery times apply:

    For delivery... Working Days
    Same State Other State
    Between the metropolitan area of a capital city and a country location 3 - 6 6 - 10
    Between country locations 4 - 7 7 - 14

The winemaker will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Please note: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays.

If you have any questions about delivery of an order, please contact us.

  2. Can wine be sent to countries other than Australia?

Unfortunately "no", we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside Australia. Wine is heavy and quite delicate to deliver which makes delivery costs for international orders prohibitively expensive.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  1. What are your delivery charges?

The listed price includes couriered delivery within the Perth metropolitan area. A calculated delivery charge will apply to other destinations and will be clearly shown when you place an order for any area other than the Perth metropolitan area.
