The colour is a yellow/gold with a fine and quite vigorous mousse. Typical bready, toasty notes on the nose display the autolysis characters from lees age. Vibrant, lemony acidity supports a pleasant richness in the mouth with creamy mouth feel and a strong finish.

Bright straw in colour. The bouquet displays the mineral and lime highlights which seem consistent with the White Hills vineyard character although the palate seems more concentrated with greater palate weight than previous years.
